Tsurugata soba noodle

It is soba noodle made in Tsurugata district of Noshiro city.
Using 100% buckwheat flour made in Tsurugata district, soy milk is used for the connection and it is made flavorful.
The characteristic is that the noodles are slightly thick and chewy. So it is very delicious.
There is no preservative additives, but long-term preservation is possible.
